Nancy Proulx

Jewelry and Textiles

I've always been a bead junkie! It started with seed bead necklaces. Later I learned Comanche stitch and peyote stitch. Over time, I took classes and watched online videos to learn as many techniques as I could. My work today reflects the various phases in my work over the years and features a wide variety of styles such as wire wrapping, soldering, pearl knotting and macrame. I also love to feature gemstones, crystals, antique pieces and beads from all around the world.

Every chance I get, I spend my day making jewelry and vending at the occasional craft show. I also enjoy country line dancing and making tie dyes.
